4 Cone Footwork With Catch

This drill only requires 2 people, 1 football and 4 cones (or 3 cones and another football).

Sprint 5 yards to the first cone, circle around it from the inside to the outside, then side shuffle latterly to the next cone, touch that cone with your outside hand then side shuffle back to the first cone, spin around the cone and back peddle to the third cone, once past it plant and side shuffle to the 4th cone, reach out and touch it with your outside hand, then side shuffle back to the third cone, once past that cone plant and sprint past cone one, while the quarterback throws you a pass to catch.

NOTE: Keep your but low and eyes up (head on a swivel) and watch the ball into your hands when you catch it.
