Break That Bubble!

When running routes against a defender, don’t get too caught up in how many steps you’ve taken. The main things to concentrate on are getting the correct yardage and breaking the defensive back’s bubble. For example, when running a hitch, attack his bubble and drive hard so he thinks you are running a fade (go). When you break his bubble he will turn his hips and you have him beat.
