Luke Fowler, Wide Receivers

At R. A. Long High School, Coach Fowler was selected as a 1st team All-Greater St. Helens League Wide Receiver twice. A two-time member of The Longview Daily News 1st Team All-Area, Fowler garnered the TDN Player of the Year honors his senior season. Fowler was selected to the Associated Press 1st Team All-State twice. The Seattle Times named Fowler a white chip prospect and he was chosen to play in the 3A/4A All State Game. Coach Fowler also holds many state records. He played football his freshman season at Washington state University until a severe shoulder injury forced him to retire.
